Description: For the first time ever in NR2003 hear the cars start up on the grid! Now with realistic wind effect, popping exhaust from other cars as well as other environmental changes.

Realistic Wind effect as Papyrus wanted you to hear it. Other cars exhaust popping can now be heard. As you line up ready for the start of the race the other cars now start their engines.

Like every other sound pack I've tried, this one isn't any better unfortunately. Incar at high RPMs sounds like I'm driving a low RPM tank. Oh well.

I love this soundpack. What I love best is how you can really tell the difference between whether you lift off the throttle gently or whether you lift completely and quickly. It is a well-done soundpack and I thank you for your work. The only improvement I could ask for is for it to have a deeper and throatier sound to it.
