Today we lost a great young talent. Turning his initial laps for Target Chip ganassi Racing, Tony Renna's #10 IndyCar Series machine hit trouble through turn three at approximately 9:20 AM. The 26-year-old's car was torn in half as it ripped through the fencing in the short-chute between turns three and four. Upon arrival at a local hospital, he was pronounced dead, exactly one month before he was to be married.
