This file is packed with a self installer that installs to the default Rally Trophy directory. It doesn't give you the option to change the install location. Unfortunately, I didn't install the game to the default directory, so the file was completely useless to me. It seems to be a bit of a waste anyway, since you have to hit the space bar 3 times to skip the intro movies, which works even without this file... Don't bother.
