Orange and black with black rims. This is definitely one of the coolest combination among Evo6 skins. Judging from the pictures of the actual car you kindly included for reference, though, the B-pillar should be painted black. I did that myself, so it's not really a problem. I also touched up the rims making the channel completely black and highlighting the edges of the spokes of the rims and taking away that unpleasant (to me) purple shade on gravel and snow rims. The only real fault though, is not your responsibility. Kazhol didn't release an evo IV with the correct back lights for the car you reproduced. Actually they made something very much close to that but for the evo 6.5, but than the front bumper would be wrong. Unfortunately painting the lights on the trunk lid orange doesn't solve the problem. In fact that makes it all the more evident. I just replaced these orange bits with the standard back lights from another Evo6 skin, and I'll keep it like that unless somebody finds a nice way to tweak some .ini files or the 3d model itself to fix it. But I don't think that's likely to happen. All in all, though not very crisp, this skin makes for a very good looking Evo6. Thanks |
