Phil Mills notes updated, by Maverick
This is second version of my Phil Mills pacenotes. Changes include
-Sound file sampling changes to mono instead of stereo (plays without bugs)
-Several new sounds
-Low noise sound files from Nikolay's pacenotes (sorry used w/o permission) and another video file I found (Turkey/Cyprus 2005)
-Plus/Minus follow-up after #X-Left/Right pacenotes; these are strictly for fun, do not follow them because they are played randomly in RBR
